Offenhauser 10" Air Cleaner
My first Project designed from the ground up for Offenhauser. This 10-inch air cleaner was developed from the ground up to complement classic Offenhauser intake systems, with styling and proportions that match the brand’s original cast components. The design features a low-profile lid, integrated support ribs, and a machined boss detail that echoes vintage Offy valve covers. Fully modeled and patterned in-house, it’s built to balance visual continuity with functional airflow for carbureted or throttle-body EFI setups. It’s a clean, standalone solution for builders who want modern fitment without compromising period-correct aesthetics.

Ford Windsor Fuel Injection Intake Manifold
This intake manifold began as a traditional Offenhauser 360° dual-port casting for the Ford 351 Windsor, but was extensively reworked to support modern EFI. The plenum, flange geometry, and runner entries were revised to accommodate FiTech’s Go Port system while maintaining balanced flow across all eight cylinders. Injector bosses were integrated into the updated pattern, and the casting was retooled for consistent wall thickness and reliable machining references. The result is a legacy intake architecture adapted for high-output EFI use—rated for up to 500 horsepower.

Triumph 6 Cylinder Valve Cover
This cast aluminum valve cover is a reinterpretation of the classic Offenhauser finned design, adapted for the Triumph TR6 inline-six. It maintains the signature deep fins and squared-off profile associated with early Offy covers, but has been dimensionally reworked for modern gasket fitment, improved breather integration, and updated mounting geometry. The pattern was modeled to preserve vintage texture while allowing for clean machining along the sealing face and logo pocket. Still in development, this version aims to bring period-correct styling to a platform rarely supported by traditional American speed equipment.

Dodge/ Chrysler 5207 VPI Multi- Port Injection Slant 6 intake manifold
This prototype intake manifold adapts multi-port fuel injection to the Chrysler Slant Six, improving fuel distribution and throttle response over traditional carbureted setups. Developed in collaboration with Gill Welding, it features equal-length runners and a centralized plenum for balanced airflow. The design accommodates modern EFI hardware while preserving compatibility with the factory cylinder head layout. It’s intended as a functional upgrade for improved drivability, tuning flexibility, and long-term reliability.

Stromberg 4 inch air cleaner
This finned 4-inch air cleaner was designed for Stromberg 97-style carburetors, with styling inspired by the shape and motion of a comet mid-flight. The curved fin layout suggests forward movement while maintaining symmetry and balance around the central mounting point. Proportions and surface details were modeled to visually align with traditional Offenhauser components—particularly early valve covers and small-form intakes. Compact and deliberate, the piece is meant to serve as both a functional filter housing and a sculptural element in period-correct engine bays.

Ford 300 inline 6 cylinder performance intake manifold
Utilizing the knowledge learned from previous EFI intakes the Offenhauser Ford 300 VPI is optimized for maximum performance. Utilizing 3D CAD design and integrated simulations I was able to truly refine this intakes design. This intake manifold for the Ford 300 inline-six is a purpose-built design optimized for multi-port fuel injection. Featuring carefully calibrated equal-length runners and a refined plenum, it enhances airflow distribution and throttle response while maintaining compatibility with factory cylinder heads. The pattern was engineered with precise shrinkage allowances to ensure dimensional accuracy after casting in dry sand, accounting separately for the core and cavity to optimize internal runner integrity. This project represents a modern reinterpretation of a classic architecture, balancing historic fitment with EFI efficiency and reliability.

Ford 300 inline 6 Push Rod Cover
The finned pushrod cover for the Ford 300 inline-six was designed to seamlessly match the existing valve cover and intake manifold. Achieving perfect visual harmony required careful attention to the proportions and fin spacing to complement the established Offenhauser-inspired aesthetic. The design balances functional cooling with precise mounting points, ensuring it integrates cleanly without disrupting the engine’s classic lines. Crafting this piece was a challenge in maintaining style continuity while meeting practical fitment requirements.
